Fees and payment
- The Kingman Downtown Merchants' Association, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(6).
- An entry registration fee of $65.00 per vendor spot is due by the Monday prior to the event. Entries received after the due date will be charged a $45.00 late entry fee.
- ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Checks may be mailed to: Kingman Downtown Merchants' Association, Inc., 221 East Beale, Suite B, Kingman AZ 86401.
- Electronic registration and payment may be made online at kingmandowntownmerchantsassociation.com.

Check-in and space assignment
- Check-in is FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE. All vehicles must be present at that time.
- Official check-in and booth assignments begin at 3:00 PM on Beale Street at the Sixth Street intersection.
- Display spaces are determined by the event Committee.
- Requests for specialty display arrangements, oversized displays, or power requirements will be considered in advance by emailing kingmandowntownmerchantsassoc@gmail.com.
During the event
- The event starts at 5:00 PM. Judging begins at 5:30 PM.
- All entries must be lighted.
- Put the display's TITLE and SPONSOR NAME, plus the number provided to you, on both sides of your entry so it is visible from the street and the sidewalks.
- Once you are set up in your assigned space, your entry or display should not be left unattended until closing at 9:00 PM.
- You may not tear down, disassemble, or leave prior to the close of the event.
- NO SANTA CLAUSES or Santa look-a-likes are allowed in your display, except for the official Kingman Santa Claus at the end of the display lineup.
Display specifications
- Entries may not exceed 30 feet in height, 40 feet in length, and 8 feet in width.
- Your display's specific details are required during registration.
- Decorated and lighted displays are the preferred display type. Your display may be on a trailer, on a vehicle, or built in place.
- Stand alone heaters are allowed. Please keep safety in mind.
Judging and awards
- You will be assigned a number at check-in for voting purposes.
- Winning entries will be announced by the broadcasters, published in The Standard newspaper on December 10, 2025, and posted to social media after the event.
- People's Choice is still pending. Details or cancellation will be announced.
- If it goes ahead, voting for the People's Choice award will be done digitally through the Everything Kingman AZ mobile app, available free from the Apple App Store and Google Play.
- Winners' plaques may be picked up at The Standard Newspaper, 221 E Beale Street, Suite B, Kingman AZ 86401. You will be contacted when your plaques are ready.
Advertising and conduct
- You are welcome to advertise your company, club, or organization.
- Do not hand out paper that will be dropped or tossed away, causing trashed streets and overfull trash cans.
- No advertising, slogans, signs, banners, flyers, or other display media may be improper, obscene, or discriminatory based on race, color, creed, sex, age, national origin, political view, or religion.
- No open alcohol containers may be brought into or onto event premises. All alcohol consumed must be in designated licensed areas only. Violators are subject to arrest and expulsion.
- KDMA Parade Officials have the express right to refuse any entry for any reason.
On site services
- A Lost and Found and Information booth is located immediately inside the Beale Celebrations main entrance during the Mingle Jingle. Live announcements are made during the event.
- Food and beverage concessions are available on Fourth Street in front of Beale Celebrations.
- The Mingle Jingle Christmas Bazaar is open 1:00 PM through 8:00 PM.
Liability and hold harmless
- KDMA and the City of Kingman are not responsible for loss or theft.
- By submitting this registration form, the entry applicant agrees, understands, and assumes all responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims resulting from any injury to persons, including but not limited to injuries to spectators, volunteers, or other entry applicants, or to personal property, equipment, or other property brought onto the premises or streets.
- The entry applicant shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Kingman Downtown Merchants' Association, Inc., the City of Kingman, and their respective agents, servants, employees, and volunteers from any and all such losses, damages, causes of action, suits, or claims arising out of the entry applicant's negligence.
- The Event Committee accepts NO RESPONSIBILITY for false statements made by entry applicants or their volunteers.
