Mingle Jingle Christmas Bazaar
The Mingle Jingle Christmas Bazaar is a fun and free event open to the public that showcases handmade holiday gift items made of fabric, wood, ceramic, and glass. Other exhibitors have jewelry and clothing for adults and children, along with candles and soaps. There will also be a wonderful selection of jams, nuts, and baked goods for gifts or holiday parties. In addition, there will be a variety of crafts including quilts, baby items, ornaments, outside food vendors and more! Special visit from Santa from 1:00pm to 4:00pm for photo’s with the kids.
This event compliments the Very Merry Street of Lights event happening in Downtown Kingman on Beale Street, from the hours of 5:00-8:00 bringing foot traffic into our downtown and through the doors of Mingle Jingle Christmas Bazaar. Outside Street Vendors are welcome and have different hours, terms & conditions as outlined in these Rules & Regulations below.

Inside Vendors will be located inside Beale Celebrations, 201 N. 4th St. Kingman. Set-up starts at 11:00am and must be ready at 1:00pm- Event from 1pm to 8pm
Outside Vendor locations: on Beale Street, Kingman. Set-up starts at 2:00pm. Event runs from 5:00pm to 8:00pm

Permits, Licenses & Insurance:
INSURANCE, LICENSING & PERMITS
Vendors are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required permits, licenses, and insurance applicable to their business and products.
The Kingman Downtown Merchants Association reserves the right to accept or deny any vendor application at its sole discretion.
FOOD VENDOR REQUIREMENTS
All food vendors must comply with Arizona State Law, Mohave County Health Department and City of Kingman regulations.
Food vendors must obtain a valid Mohave County Health Permit or Cottage Food Program License, whichever is applicable. Temporary permits may be required. For information on temporary permits, contact the Mohave County Health Department at 928-753-0714.
Food vendor applications are considered complete only when the following documents are submitted to KDMA prior to the Event:
• Copy of Mohave County Health Permit (as applicable)
• Copy of Cottage Food Program License (as applicable)
• Copy of Arizona Food Handler’s Manager Card
• Copy of City of Kingman Business License
• Certificate of Insurance for $1,000,000 in General Liability limits listing the following as additional Insured:
a) Kingman Downtown Merchants Association, 221 E Beale St., Kingman, AZ 86401
b) Fleischmann Investments/Beale Celebrations, c/o Kingman Area Chamber of Commerce, 309 E. Beale St., Kingman, AZ 86401 c) City of Kingman
Email all documents to Kingmandowntownmerchantsassoc@gmail.com or drop off to KACC at 221 E Beale Street, Kingman . Failure to provide required documentation may result in application denial or removal from the Event without refund.
Set up will be the day of the event
(Inside) beginning at 11:00 am Each vendor space will be pre-assigned by the Event Organizer. If your request is approved, a map of the building with your space assigned will be emailed to you. Entry in back door only. Vendors will not be permitted to exceed designated marked space. (6×8) 1 – 6′ Table & 2 chairs are available upon request. You must keep walkways clear at all times. Vendors requiring electricity must provide approved safe extension cords (no frayed, taped, or repaired cords). Electrical cords may not be placed in walkways. Canopy frames are no longer allowed due to lack of visibility of neighboring vendors.
(outside) Street Vendor spaces, MUST be holiday decorated with lights. Setup beginning at 2:00pm to 3:30pm, ready at 5:00. Spaces are 10 x 10, lined up as a first come first serve. An event volunteer will direct you to the next available space. No vehicles are to remain on the street, drop merchandise and go as you must keep center of street clear for neighboring vendor set-ups.
Any signs or banners must be professionally constructed, no hand-written material will be allowed.
Tear Down: Vendors may return with a vehicle after the event ends at 8:00 pm on the day of the event to dismantle their space. Be considerate of your neighbors. Each vendor space must be completely clear of trash, merchandise, tables, chairs and canopies prior to 9:30 pm. Those inside vendors who are physically capable are required to fold and stack the tables and chairs onto the rolling trolleys.
Hours:
Inside Vendors must remain on site from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm on the day of the event. Set up may begin as early as 11:00 am on the day of the event. Booth Sharing is not allowed unless approved by Event Manager. All vendors need to purchase their own booth spaces and obtain their own business licenses or special event vendor permit.
Outside Vendors must be set-up and remain onsite from 5:00pm to 8:00 pm. Set up may begin as early as 2:00pm and sales must stay within the perimeter of the space. No water or power will be provided. All vendors must be self-sufficient
LEVELING: Be aware that the street may not be level; extra supports may be needed. Be prepared.
CANOPIES: Vendors need to have weighted tie downs to secure canopies. Space permitting, the vendor may place tables and chairs on the side of their space.
No spikes are allowed.
Vendors should plan accordingly to secure their setups and protect their merchandise.
Loose feathers, glitter, confetti, or similar materials may not be distributed, thrown, or used within the Event area. Vendors and participants are responsible for maintaining a clean and safe space.
EVENT ADVERTISING & MARKETING
Vendors are solely responsible for promoting their own business, services, and products before, during, and after the Event using their preferred marketing platforms and advertising avenues. Participation in the Event does not guarantee sales, foot traffic, or marketing exposure beyond general Event promotion conducted by the Chamber. Chamber-led promotion is intended to market the Event as a whole and does not replace or substitute for individual vendor marketing efforts.
PHOTOGRAPHY & PROMOTION
Vendors grant permission for the Kingman Downtown merchants Association to use photography and video recordings taken during the Event for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes. All images and recordings remain the property of the Kingman Area Chamber of Commerce and property owners.
Parking: Parking on Beale St. and within the parameter are not permitted. The Very Merry Street of Lights event and outside vendor set-up on Beale St is to set up beginning at 2:00
Security:
No on-site security is provided. Vendors are solely responsible for the security of their merchandise, equipment, and personal belongings. The KDMA, members, volunteers, COK and property owners are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage. Leaving merchandise unattended is not recommended. Kingman Downtown Merchants’ Association is not responsible for loss or damage to Vendor personnel or Vendor personal property.
Hold Harmless: By submitting this vendor request form, vendor agrees, understands and assumes all responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims resulting from any injury to persons, including, but not limited to, injuries to customers or agents of vendor, or damages to vendor’s display, equipment, or other property brought onto the premises. Vendor shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Kingman Downtown Merchants Association, City of Kingman, Kingman Chamber of Commerce, Beale Celebrations, its respective agents, servants and employees from any and all such losses, damages, cause of actions, suits or claims arising out of the vendor’s negligence.
Registration & Payment- Fee for both inside & outside vendors are $45. Fee for Food trucks are $90 Truck/Trailer and $75 for pop-ups. (a couple early set-ups available, see application) Registration & payment is available online at kdma.online or kingmandowntownmerchantsassociation.com alternatively, payment may be made by mail or in person. For paper registration & payment contact Joni Millin at 928.279.8448. Returned checks will incur a $45 fee. Make checks payable to: Kingman Downtown Merchants’ Association, Inc. Cancellations & Refunds: Vendor Fees must be paid in full prior to the event. Spaces are first come, first served. Debit Cards may be used for payment in the Online registration. If paying by check please make payable to Kingman Downtown Merchants’ Association, and delivered to 221 E Beale Street, Kingman.
The Event will proceed rain or shine. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions, including but not limited to rain, wind, snow or extreme temperatures. Vendor booth fees are considered a donation to KDMA a Nonprofit organization and is nonrefundable. Vendor cancellations must be submitted by email or in writing within 72 hours of the event date or you may be restricted from attending in future years.
The Event Manager reserves the right to have removed from the event, any person, persons or business dispensing food or merchandise that is not of high quality. Anyone who is violating any law or event regulation, or who is conducting himself/themselves in a manner which would be detrimental to the spirit of the event, will be asked to leave without a refund.
ENFORCEMENT & REMOVAL
Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in immediate removal from the Event and possible exclusion from future KDMA events. No refunds will be issued for removal due to non-compliance.
BUSKING & NON-APPROVED VENDORS
Busking and non-approved vending are prohibited. Event is a private, organized event. Registration must be completed no later than five (5) days prior to the event. Unauthorized participants will be required to leave and may be subject to trespass enforcement.
